Locally owned and operated by Rachel Soumokil, Permit Processors was founded in 2006 to serve the permitting needs of Yavapai County. She has over twenty years of customer service experience and over seven years experience processing building permits for jurisdictions in Navajo, Maricopa and Yavapai Counties. Rachel received her Permit Technician Certification from the International Code Council in 2000. In 2005, while with Yavapai County, she obtained her Building Inspectors Certification. She has experience as a permit technician and counter technician encompassing the entire building permit process from application to plan review to final inspection.

Permit Processors is intimately familiar with the inner workings of the building department. We are familiar with the local building department requirements from application and plan review through inspection. We stay current with local code adoptions, fee increases and policy changes to better serve our customers and speed the permitting process.
